Absolutely Samuel NAIT (Tisamu). However, the scope of this article was basically to present how Docker’s basic concepts fit in together. In my opinion one should first understand a few of the basics before going for docker-compose. It adds a layer of abstraction that hides some useful, in my opinion, mechanisms.

I will actually follow up with a similar guide but this time using an orchestration tool :)
